All appointment times are estimated. Arrival times may vary due to traffic conditions, parking availability, weather, or delays from previous cleanings. We operate within an arrival window and do not guarantee an exact arrival time.

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled service time. Failure to provide access will result in the service being considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

Only services expressly agreed upon at the time of booking are included. The following services are excluded unless approved in advance and may require an additional fee:

Services may not be exchanged or substituted. Skipping a scheduled task does not entitle the client to replacement services or additional tasks. Any additional services must be requested and approved prior to the appointment and may incur additional charges.

Clients must inform us in advance of excessive clutter, renovations, repairs, painting, or other ongoing work.

For safety and quality reasons, we do not clean areas where other contractors or service providers are actively working.

If such conditions prevent completion of the service, the appointment may be rescheduled and cancellation fees may apply.

We are not responsible for cleaning areas that are inaccessible due to clutter, personal belongings, or unsafe conditions.

Payment is due on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to submit payment may result in service suspension or termination.

All pets must be secured during service.
Cleaning of pet accidents or waste is not included unless arranged in advance.

Clients must notify us in advance of any contagious illness within the household. We reserve the right to reschedule services if conditions pose a health or safety risk to our team.

Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. We are not responsible for:

We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee limited to the original scope of work. If an area within the agreed scope did not meet expectations, clients must notify us within 24 hours of service. We will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.
